Track Your Order

All Rideline orders are shipped with tracking. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a direct link to monitor your delivery.

How to track your order

  1. Check your email inbox (and spam folder) for a dispatch confirmation from Rideline.
  2. Find your tracking number in that email.
  3. Visit the courier's tracking page and enter your tracking number to see the latest status.

Tracking not working?

Tracking information can take 24 to 48 hours to update after your order is dispatched. If your tracking number is not showing any results yet, please wait one working day and try again.

If your order was placed more than 6 business days ago and you have not received a dispatch confirmation, please contact us and we will look into it.

Typical delivery timeline

After dispatch, standard delivery across India takes approximately 7 to 15 business days. Delivery to remote or rural pin codes may take slightly longer.

If your tracking shows an issue — such as a failed delivery attempt, package held at hub, or return to origin — contact us immediately so we can assist.

Please have your order number and tracking number ready when you contact us.

About our fulfilment

Rideline orders are fulfilled and shipped by our logistics partner. In some cases, items in the same order may be shipped in separate parcels with separate tracking numbers. If you receive one item before another, the remaining parcel is on its way.
