By placing an order on Rideline (alnkart.com), you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before purchasing.

1. Orders and payment

All orders require prepaid payment in Indian Rupees (INR). We do not accept cash on delivery. Your order is confirmed once payment is successfully processed. Prices displayed on the website are inclusive of applicable taxes where stated.

2. Product information

We make every effort to display accurate product descriptions, specifications, compatibility details and images. Minor variations in colour or appearance may occur due to screen calibration or manufacturing tolerances. If you have a question about a specific product before ordering, contact us and we will clarify.

3. Fulfilment and delivery

Orders are fulfilled by our logistics partner and shipped across India. Delivery timelines stated on the website are estimates and may vary due to logistics partner capacity, public holidays, remote locations or other circumstances outside our control. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party logistics providers.

4. Tracking

A tracking number is provided by email after dispatch. You can monitor your delivery using our Track Order page or the courier's website.

5. Replacements and refunds

If your item arrives damaged, defective or significantly different from what was described, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Full details are available in our Refund & Replacement Policy. We do not accept returns for change of mind.

6. Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, contact us as soon as possible after placing it. We will attempt to cancel before dispatch. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible.

7. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including text, images and branding, is the property of Rideline or its content suppliers. You may not reproduce, distribute or use any content without prior written permission.

8. Limitation of liability

Rideline's liability in connection with any order is limited to the value of that order. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or incidental loss arising from the use or inability to use our products.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of this website are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this website at the time of your order applies to that order.
